1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, betting features and promotional offers on the aci365 platform. These terms may change from time to time and the latest version will always be published on this page.

aci365 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. Our platform offers cricket betting, slot games, casino games and other entertainment services.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on aci365 and use any game or betting feature, you must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to underage persons will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating an account you must provide the following accurate information:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• A valid and active mobile number
• Email address (if applicable)
• Date of birth
• A strong password

Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household or device is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your aci365 account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

• The account is for personal use only — you may not allow anyone else to use your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on aci365 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly or within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• A sufficient balance must be available in the account to make a withdrawal.
• The name on the withdrawal request and the payment account name must match.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus balance.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be temporarily held for verification.

4.3 Verification Process

Before large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity, aci365 may request identity verification (KYC). A national identity card or other valid document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and validity period — please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting an offer.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• A promotion may be used only once (across a household and the same device).
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are usable as gaming balance only.
• aci365 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The aci365 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Tier changes are based on playing activity and history. Detailed VIP benefit terms are published separately.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in special circumstances such as a match cancellation). The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final and subsequent changes do not apply.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Result Determination

• If an event is cancelled, the amount staked on the related bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned midway or an insufficient number of overs are bowled, the result will be determined according to aci365 rules.
• In the event of a technical error relating to a score or result, aci365's decision is final.

6.3 Game Operation

All games are operated by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Each game has its own rules and payout structure displayed in the game interface. Game outcomes are completely fair and random.

6.4 Maximum Bet and Win Limits

aci365 sets maximum bet and maximum win limits for specific games or markets. aci365 reserves the right to reject any bet in cases of unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aci365:

• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses artificially.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account or hacking.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving abusively toward other players or staff.
• Applying coordinated strategies as a group against the casino or platform.
• Using a false identity or a third party's payment method.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability in the platform's software or games.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

All content on the aci365 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the intellectual property of aci365 and is protected by copyright law.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted or used commercially without the prior written permission of aci365.

10. Limitation of Liability

aci365 bears no liability in the following cases:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Account losses caused by unauthorised third-party access (where the user has not kept their credentials secure).
• Game cancellation due to an unexpected technical error.
• Personal financial loss resulting from gambling.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 aci365's Rights

aci365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If false or incomplete information is provided.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• If there is no activity on the account for an extended period of time.
• At the user's own request.

11.2 Voluntary Closure
